The best decision you’ve ever made.

Freedom, choice and the care you deserve.

I'm Tracy and I own Stoneleigh. There’s nothing I love more than delivering exceptional care above and beyond anyone's expectations. It’s my ‘thing’.

For some care home providers, owning a home is a financial investment. But for me, it’s an opportunity to create a truly exceptional experience. It’s about offering care and support for all residents and their families when difficult decisions have to be made.

After all, deciding to move to a residential home can be tough, I understand that. But I’ll make sure your transition from the family home to life at Stoneleigh is well managed and something to be excited about.

You see, when I was young, I worked in a care home. Back then, getting older was my biggest fear. I was scared of losing my dignity and having no freedom or choices. That’s why I set up Stoneleigh.

Since 2006, I’ve created a care home that is fundamentally different. A home based on the core values of compassion, empathy, love and support.

Everything you need and 24/7 family access is here. And I mean far beyond the basic care needs. There are exercise classes, games nights, pamper sessions, a library packed with page-turners, and more...

Plus, visitors are free to see you whenever they want. We fit around you, not the other way around. It’s your home after all.

So, no more loneliness or isolation; this is your communal home away from home.

You can have faith that your safety and wellbeing are secure with our wonderful team.

When you join us, you enter a welcoming home, full of people who go above and beyond to keep you happy and healthy.

Come down and see us. We’d love to show you around.

Meet the Team

Stoneleigh Care Home_Kate_Manager.jpg

Kate became our Registered Manager in 2015. She has the knowledge and experience that Stoneleigh needs to be everyone’s home (and not just their care home).

Kate and I share the same ethos. She is not just a ‘manager’, she is everyone’s ROCK. Kate is always there to listen, whether in person or on the phone. 24/7. To everyone. The staff, residents and their families.

Kate leads the team in a calm and empathetic way and it is evident to all that she just loves her role and Stoneleigh.

Julie joined Stoneleigh in 2012 in an administrative role. However, over the years her role has grown and she’s now in a more supportive position.

Families get to know Julie very well. She’s the one at the other end of the phone or email.

We all step up and work as a team, whatever our role is. And Julie’s certainly versatile. She’s always at hand to help Kate and I manage Stoneleigh as a whole.

“We’re just one big family.”

That’s what the residents say. And it’s true, we are!

And last but by no means least, we have our lovely, loyal and dedicated team, headed by two senior carers.

Everyone is attentive and respectful. We let people be as independent as possible. And, we plan our rotas carefully to make sure there’s always the right people around.
